Service Description
A 2-hour social setting that is perfect for girl's brunch, baby showers, bachelorette parties or even just because. Our picnic styling includes: * Setup and breakdown * Small pallet style picnic table * Chosen color scheme and decor * Floral arrangements * Charger plates, dinner plates, dessert plates * Table linens and napkins * Glassware /Stemware and utensils * Your choice of fringe umbrella, tee-pee, or igloo (if permitted on location) * Comfortable pillows, blankets and rugs for seating * Candles and decor to suit theme/occasion * Ice bucket and complimentary sparkling water. Prices start at $350 for a party of 2-4. Optional upgrades include: Charcuterie or pastry platter, cakes, fresh bouquets, photographer, live acoustic musician, and custom styling. Due to regulations and liability, we cannot provide additional food and beverages beyond our offerings. However, you are permitted to bring additional food and beverage of your choosing. Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in designated areas. To book your reservation, we will contact you to pay the base price for the package. A few days prior to your appointment, we will contact you to setup payment for any additional upgrades requested at checkout.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Should your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, you may receive a full or partial refund, dependent on the amount of notice, as defined below: Reservations cancelled by the renter ten (10) days or more before your reservation are eligible for a 100% refund. Reservations cancelled by the renter between four (4) and nine (9) days before your reservation are eligible for a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled by the renter within three (3) days of your reservation are not eligible for a refund, unless we are able to rebook your time with another reservation, at which time, your reservation is eligible for a 50% refund.
